ABOUT ME

Hey there, I’m Melisa…

My journey started a long time ago—with a story of my own 120-pound weight loss that changed the direction of my life.

What began as my personal transformation became a passion for fitness, healthy living, and helping others create change. I turned that passion into a career, becoming a personal trainer, health coach, transformation specialist, women’s self-defense and boxing coach, and nutritional coach.

For years, I believed that sharing my story and experience would be enough to motivate others to change. But I began to realize that motivation can get us started—it doesn't always create lasting change.

I remember thinking, I wish I could bottle up this ability to change and give it away.

That thought eventually led me to health and wellness coaching.

What I discovered was something much bigger than another way to help people. I learned that I can't create change for someone else. I can't give you my motivation or tell you who you need to become.

But I can create the space for you to discover it for yourself.

That's what coaching is about.

It's not just about weight loss, fitness, or healthy habits. Maybe you're trying to manage your time, build confidence, reduce stress, improve a relationship, navigate a career change, start a business, overcome procrastination, break an unhealthy pattern, or simply feel less stuck.

Your goal is your own. Your life is your own. And you are the expert of you.

Outside of my work, I'm a wife to the most amazing, supportive man, who is also my best friend, and a mom to two outstanding, energetic, inquisitive, and wonderfully silly boys. They keep me laughing, learning, growing, and appreciating all the beautiful—and sometimes chaotic—moments that make up life.

My story may inspire you. My experience may give you perspective. My knowledge may give you tools. But the real work of transformation belongs to you.

My role is to help you uncover what's getting in the way, recognize your strengths, and discover a path forward that works for you.

Because sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what you want.

It's bridging the gap between wanting change and taking action.

I'd love to help you bridge that gap—between your dreams and the life you're ready to create—and discover what becomes possible when you realize you already have what you need to begin.
